Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case that the product is damaged upon delivery. You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return or exchange request in such cases.

Important Notes

For exchange requests: the customer is responsible only for the shipping cost of AED 25.
The exchange shipping fee must be paid in advance via card payment or bank transfer.

For return requests: shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the damage is caused by the customer to the product itself (including external packaging), we will not accept any return or refund request.

Nature of Fragrance Products

Due to the nature of fragrance products, scent perception, longevity, and projection may vary from person to person depending on skin type, application method, and environmental conditions.

Customers are kindly advised to carefully read the product description and all provided details before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the product specifications and information provided on the product page.

Fragrance Policy & Customer Experience

Fragrance experience is subjective and varies from person to person, therefore:

  • Differences in scent or longevity are not considered valid reasons for return or exchange
  • Returns will not be accepted based on personal expectations or individual fragrance experience
  • Products are considered compliant as long as they match the description provided on the product page

Defects and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue accordingly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned product and inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
